Qui suis-je ?
Ma philosophie
Pour progresser il faut être en confiance, être stimulé, avoir un taux de réussite de 70% lors des exercices proposés. Pour prester à haut niveau il faut une bonne technique, une bonne condition physique, de la vitesse, une bonne vision et un mental fort. Il faut s’alimenter sainement, boire suffisamment et dormir pour récupérer. Il faut avoir des valeurs (entre autres celles qu’encourage notre Fédération).
